QR shirt privacy
The short version: we keep only what your card shows, only as long as you need it, and you can delete it any time.
What we store
- The first name, Instagram handle, Facebook username and phone number you enter.
- Your email address, only to send you your shirt link, removal code and one reminder if the shirt isn't ordered. It's never shown on your page or used for marketing.
- Your shirt choices (style, colour, front or back) and the shirt's card code.
- How many times your card was opened (a number, nothing about who opened it).
- A one-way scrambled form of your IP address, only to stop people making dozens of shirts an hour.
Why
So your card works: when someone scans your shirt, printly.fit/q/your-code shows your first name and the buttons you picked. Anyone who scans the QR can see these details. That's the point of the shirt, so only add what you're happy to share.
Who else sees it
Your QR is printed by our fulfilment partner Fourthwall, who also handles checkout and delivery under their own privacy policy. The print contains only a link to your card, not your details. Emails are sent through Resend, our email provider. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long
- Not bought within 14 days: the shirt and your details are deleted automatically.
- Bought: your card stays on as long as you want it, so the shirt keeps working.
- Delete it any time: from the private link in your email, or with your removal code at the "Remove my page" link on your page. The QR then shows that the page was switched off.
Your rights
You can see, change or delete your details with the private link in your email. Lost it, or want a copy of your data? Ask through our contact page with your card code, and we'll sort it out.
